The Humane Society has cats and kittens for adoption daily at our outreach location:
PETCO - 1704 US 27 North, Sebring
(new shopping center next to Circuit City)
PETCO also has dogs from the Humane Society of Highlands County available for adoption every Sunday from 11AM to 2PM (unless otherwise noted at the store).
Lakeshore Mall - The first Saturday of each month from 10AM - 2PM, the Humane Society has cats and/or kittens for adoption on display inside the mall by the K-Mart entrance.

BILL JARRETT FORD - Avon Park Free Barbecue from 11AM - 3PM at 1305 Us 27 North, Avon Park while you shop their large selection of vehicles.
August 23rd & 24th -
Lake Placid Caladium Festival - The event will feature tours of caladium fields, arts/crafts booths, classic cars, kids games, clowns, and a variety of food and drinks. The Humane Society will have a booth with pets - weather permitting.
December -
Christmas Parades - See us in the local parades with our adopted animals. Weather permitting. ADOPTED DOGS AND THEIR OWNERS - please email us (link below) to sign up to participate in the parade or to get more information! |
